Contra Costa Farms
CoCo Farms is one of Antioch’s First Recreational Cannabis Dispensaries to open since Prop 64 passed in 2016. The licensed Cannabis facility is owned and operated by the same management team as its sister company Rio Vista Farms, and the Gas Station. The brothers Martin and Andrew Wesley opened their first licensed Cannabis Business in 2018 in Rio Vista, CA.
Phase 1 of the project will open in December of 2019 and will include the retail storefront portion of the project. The final project will include 130,000 ft of indoor canopy for cultivation, distribution, and manufacturing. The project is expected to be completed by the end of 2021. CoCo Farms Cares
CoCo Farms has developed a social equity program for children of Antioch residents who have been incarcerated. This philanthropic effort aims to provide resources and support these children need, and are not provided by existing city, county and state services. Contra Costa Farms was approved by the Antioch City Council in early September of 2019.
